WWW Wednesday #127

Since taking a bit of a break last month, I’ve read a lot. But here’s what’s been going on over the last week.
WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam@TakingOnAWorldofWords and was formerly hosted by MizBADailyRhythm and revived here on Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three question. It’s open to anyone to participate, even without a blog you can comment on Sam’s post with your own answer. It’s a great way to share what you’ve been reading! All you have to do is answer three questions and share a link to your blog in the comments of Sam’s blog.

The Push by Ashley Audrain

The Push

I thought it would be a good idea to break up my romances to prevent burnout, and I’ve heard that The Push is a book guaranteed to fuck me up and that sounds like a good time. I’ve only got about 25% left and it’s been good so far, I have to say, I’m not loving the flashbacks as much as the present day stuff but it’s been okay so far. But I have really been liking the audiobook so far, the story is in second person for some parts – and it makes them really effective.

The Proposal by Jasmine Guillory
People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry

The ProposalPeople We Meet on Vacation

I’ve been in a romance mood for the last week or so, so I decided to pick these up The Proposal from the library to have an audiobook to read while I was at work doing other stuff, and People We Meet on Vacation was an ARC I was very excited to read! I like The Proposal, and I can count on Jasmine Guillory’s books to be a fun and quick read, but I ended up loving People We Meet on Vacation. It was the friends-to-lovers summer perfection I was looking for.

The Soulmate Equation by Christina Lauren

The Soulmate Equation

I’ve enjoyed every Christina Lauren books I’ve ever read – not all have been 5 stars or favorites, but I’ve had a fun time and I’m looking for that streak to continue with The Soulmate Equation.

Have you read any of these books?
Are they on your TBR?
What’s the new release or backlist you’re most excited to pick up?
