I know I missed a wrap-up last month, but I feel like I’ve started to get a handle back on my blogging – for the most part at least. So here’s how my reading month went! I feel like it was a month of really high highs, and really low lows.
As always click on the title to read my review. And all the thanks to Romie @RomieWeDeserveLove for the rep indicators. The 🏳️🌈 means lgbtq rep, ☀️ means major characters of color, and 🌸 means mental illness, disability, abuse, or trauma rep. I’m adding 📚 which will indicate my rereads, 🎧 for my audiobooks, 📑 for non-fiction and true crime, 🎁 to indicate my ARCs & ❌ for books I DNF’d. Hopefully I won’t have to use that last one a lot.

I don’t actually think this was bad, it just wasn’t for me. The story just didn’t hook me and I didn’t care about the characters at all.
The House on the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune
People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry
The Crown of Gilded Bones by Jennifer L Armentrout
When I said I had some high highs this month, these are 3 of the highest. While I did have a bunch of 4 and 5 star reads this month, these were my standouts.

This is book related, but not necessarily blog related but I binge watched Shadow & Bone on Netflix on release day! It was so good and I immediately watched it a second time right after. And now I’m craving a reread for the entire Grishaverse – and finally getting around to King of Scars!
