I’ve really been using KU as a way to sneak in more books over the past few months and break up a lot of my non-romance reads – and I’ve been loving the service. So here are some KU books I’ve read over the past few weeks!

Trick Play by Eden Finley

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3.5 Stars)

I was in a major sports romance kick, so I basically just binged this whole series over 2 days. Matt and Noah have good chemistry and banter. And while I think football is personally my favorite sport, I haven’t found my favorite football romance yet. But this was a solid read (and a good introduction for me because I skipped book 1). But from what I’ve read, this one had the biggest use of fake dating as a trope/plot point, so if that’s your think, you won’t want to miss it

 I was in a major sports romance kick, so I basically just binged this whole series over the past 2 days.
I think I just really like hockey romances, because I’ve yet to be disappointed by any. While Ollie and Lennon’s relationship could easy have been messed up by miscommunication, they didn’t really let that get in their way and worked for each other and it was great to see. But while I loved Ollies big family, the background conflicts were probably my least favorite

I was in a major sports romance kick, so I basically just binged this whole series over the past 2 days.
This was easily my favorite in the series. Miller and Talon’s friends to more relationship was so well done and I felt how much they cared about each other from page 1. And all their history together made the relationship even sweeter.

Hat Trick by Eden Finley

 I was in a major sports romance kick, so I basically just binged this whole series over the past 2 days.
Hat Trick was a good finale for the series, and I liked seeing Jet and Soren get their HEAs. I always love a Hollywood/Musician romance, so that combined with a sports romance was a lot of fun. One again, the chemistry was great, and I loved seeing where everyone was now – but Jet and Soren get the spotlight and really get to shine on their own.
