Hannah and Garrett have a fake-dating to real-love romance that was cute and I loved the banter and flirting in the story. They felt like they became actual friends before their relationship started which made me believe in their relationship and it’s development. This was a cute and quick read and a solid start to this series

I thought this was a solid continuation of the Off -Campus series. We see Logan dealing with his frustrations and jealousy over Hannah and Garrett’s relationship before falling fast for Grace. I really appreciated the strong family side plots from both Logan and Grace’s family and them both dealing with questions of their futures while enjoying their new relationship.

While I actually liked Dean and Allie individually, I didn’t really care about them as a couple at all. Maybe it was because the relationship started as a friends/enemies-with-benefits thing, but I didn’t buy their relationship at all and I didn’t connect with them as a couple. But I feel like this was definitely the steamiest book (as you’d probably expect with Dean being involved) so If that’s what you’re looking for this will be your book.

I was intrigued going into this book because we only know Sabrina as Dean’s academic rival, and we really didn’t know much about Tucker at all. And while I’m not always the biggest fan of a surprise pregnancy trope, I actually really enjoyed their story. Their relationship was slow and I appreciate actually seeing it develop – it made it more realistic for me and helped me care about their challenges individually and as a new couple. Both Tucker and Sabrina and dedicated and hard working and I really liked them together and think they work well.

This was okay, but none of these novellas were that satisfying. I honestly thought this was too short – even though the stories led into one another for the most part, they didn’t really build to help elevate each couple or wrap everything up. So while there was some cute moments, this isn’t going to leave much of an impression.
Until next time,
